Mowlem & Co created this award-nominated ‘Secret’ kitchen for a classic London mews house and a time-poor family that needed an efficient kitchen which would not dominate their open-dash plan living space.The full height external doors have been hand-painted in white to match with walls of the space, but when they are smoothly opened – and neatly slid back via a special mechanism into ‘door docks’ – they reveal a bright and bold run of kitchen units and appliances.
