Used Kevin and team for lawn care this past summer. Their services included the bare minimum - no trimming along the fence which was unsightly - but they did show up every week. Kevin had also agreed, inwriting, to plow my driveway. Didn't show up first storm claiming "the "truck broke down" excuse I've now learned is what those in the business tell their customers when they cannot keep up with service. Reached out to Kevin again, no response. Guess Kevin feels its ok to blow off customers. Unprofessional, unreliable, unworthy of your call.
Called to have branches and brush removed and they came out for a quote the same day and did the job the same week. Showed up on time and very respectful. They did an amazing thorough job, cleaned up everything and it looks great! I would definitely recommend and plan on using their services again!
