Excellent sales and after-sales service.
I ordered a lamp from the European Union and very quickly I was contacted to propose a means of delivery that wasn't too expensive. I had problems paying for delivery (UK/UE problem ?) but they offered solutions and were patient.
My parcel was then sent and cleared through customs. Unfortunately my parcel got lost, and after several unsuccessful attempts to contact the delivery company (it's been 1 week since I contacted the helpdesk at the time of writing and I still haven't had any replies, either by email or telephone), it's thanks to Darklight Design that I was able to trace my parcel with the documents they provided and replied immediately to my emails.
In short, all this to say that this shop doesn't just sell but makes sure that customers get what they want and are satisfied.
